I recently sought physiotherapy treatment for back pain that has been ongoing. Frazer is highly knowledgeable and professional, and provided me with a treatment plan from findings of my MRI. Frazer uses various techniques when it came to tailoring my program, he monitored my condition and made appropriate adjustments to ensure optimum results, manage my current pain and concerns. It’s only been a couple of sessions, but I have already experienced an improvement in my back pain and improved mobility. Overall, I highly recommend the physiotherapy services of Frazer I have received for my back pain. The professionalism, expertise, and personalized care I received were exceptional and I overall feel positive in my journey to relieving my back pain and improving strength. If you're seeking effective and comprehensive physiotherapy for back pain, this clinic is definitely worth considering.

I have been seeing Frazer for 9 months now and the improvement to my physical condition has been amazing. From just lying around all day, I am now back to all my hobbies, housework and recently did a 2 hour hike which I would never have thought possible. He genuinely cares about his clients, and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that can be of benefit to anyone needing help with their health and wellbeing.

I worked with Frazer for 5 months to prepare for a dragon boat marathon. He gave me a strength and conditioning program that allowed me to be prepared for the event. I had much more confidence in my body’s ability to survive the event after working with Frazer. The preparation enabled me to finish the marathon feeling tired and sore, but not even a little bit broken.

Frazer is an excellent exercise physiologist. My son has been seeing him for strength and conditioning. Frazer makes the sessions engaging and fun while still working towards my son’s goals. He works together with my sons Physio in making sure the sessions are appropriate are aligned with the overall strength goals. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Frazer has been my young daughter’s exercise physiologist for the past 9 months. His professional approach, shared knowledge and support have made such a positive impact. He has continuously delivered sessions that are fun and engaging, as a result she has made significant progress in the development of her motor skills and her strength has increased. It meant the absolute world to see her being able to take skills she had developed in these sessions and apply them in activities alongside her peers. I highly recommend his services, he is an experienced and skilled EP. Thank you for all you have done for us, Frazer!
