Performance Exphys

Frazer is amazing. His knowledge and patience is second to none. I went to see him for rehab regarding a broken shoulder and I am very pleased with the results. My range of movement is almost at 180 degrees, just six eight months post surgery. He has also given me tips and strategies in relation to chronic knee issues. My knee pain has improved substantially under his care. He has a deep understanding of injuries and will taylor exercises accordingly. Highly recommend.

As an older female, I nervously joined Frazer’s programme with the aim of improving my bone and muscle strength and found him to be understanding of my individual needs and abilities. His wealth of professional and practical knowledge mixed with his friendly and patient assistance and support helped me more than I hoped for, including giving me a glimpse of the how and why our muscles and bones work and the importance of improving and maintaining their strength as we age. Thank you Frazer.
