Loved it ! Such a great place to exercise

I'm from interstate but tweaked my back on the flight over. I was able to quickly get an appointment within a few days! The facilities are beautiful and expansive. The front staff were lovely and warm when communicating with patients. I saw Leah who was warm, genuine and knowledgeable. She gave me some treatment for my back as well as some strapping for prevention and also some stretches for further prevention. I was overall very pleased with the service and would highly recommend!

Pliates Instructors are welcoming, friendly and as a bonus… they know their stuff!

I have been going for almost 6 months now. Thomas Moore is my physio and I go see Danielle Palmieri for remedial massage. I can't thank both of them enough for the progress I've made in the last few months. They are both very professional, friendly and I can't emphasise over words on how excellent the service has been. Thomas has helped me with multiple issues ( hypermobility, small patella, tight hip flexors- list can go on). Danielle is an absolute asset to this organisation, very respectful and listens patiently to me. She has helped me with my tight hamstrings and calves. I would absolutely recommend both of them for any issues you might be facing ( I exercise 6 days and just needed extra help to make sure I don't injure myself). Danielle and Thomas, thank you so much for helping me.

Physio Thomas Moore is the best physio with the vast experience to guide me with the most effective exercise program, he helps me to increase my confident and improvement from the weak movements and falls. He is very helpful in providing beneficial advices in my health and well being. He is highly recommended. I am very satisfied and worthy for having his consultancy.
