Prepaid $250 for a 10-session package ($25/session) — paid in full, upfront. Then on sessions 9 and 10 they sprung surprise top-ups on me because their rates had gone up. You don’t get to raise the price on something I’ve already paid for. On top of that, I’m still chasing the invoice from my last visit, which I need to claim health insurance — asked for it, never sent. Sloppy, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful of paying customers.

Sam is an excellent physio! Had my first consult today and was really impressed. He did a thorough clinical assessment and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what was going on and why. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
