They allow online bookings, but do not allow online cancellations, which is not customer friendly at all. Customers are charged a fee for No shows. I made an online booking for the 25th and received a confirmation message. However, when I arrived on the day, the studio was not open. This resulted in a complete waste of my time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend PilatesX classes highly enough. After struggling with lower back problems for two years — at times unable to move or stand for days — I decided to try Pilates at this studio, and it has been life-changing. Since starting here, my pain has resolved and I keep coming back because I genuinely feel stronger, more mobile, and supported. All the instructors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly motivational, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for all levels. A special shout-out to Hannah and David, who are outstanding — attentive, supportive, and excellent at guiding you safely while still helping you progress. If you’re dealing with pain, recovery, or simply want to build strength and confidence in your body, PilatesX is exceptional. Highly recommended.
