Pro Plan Managers Pty Ltd

Highly unprofessional and late in paying invoices, and ignore inquiries. Do not recommend this company.

They don’t pay on time I called multiple times to ask about my payments and they kept telling me they’ll process it but never did 🙄 After almost 2 weeks that’s when they sent my money when it should of taken 1-2 business days

Another provider that needs to be investigated. Reported

Very poor service. Claims left unresolved for months and communication was extremely weak. Phones are never answered, no call backs, and emails are vague with no clear timelines. As a participant, I expected support and responsibility from a plan manager, but this service failed to deliver. Would not recommend.
