I rarely write reviews but this organisation is so horrid that I feel the need to warn you all. I was linked with this provider shortly after I had sourced my own perm part time role. For 1 year no one told me that a simple ESAT would reduce my job plan obligations, so that my part time role met my requirements and I could focus on not having to look for work above that. I asked several times for support with courses; clearances to be told no every time, and that they don’t have money to fund it. When I finally came to an agreement about petrol vouchers they have not provided and they hounded me for my final payslips that ticked all their boxes whilst failing to fulfil their obligations. Calls and emails go unanswered. Follow ups go unanswered. Now they have gotten what they needed from me as a success story they had no part in, they apparently no longer feel the need to engage with me. Do yourself a favour and pick another service provider. 2 years of dealing with these lot and it’s beyond disappointing.

Disgusting service! Had an appointment at the elizabeth location and was left standing outside a locked unattended office in 40c heat! I would have much preferred a phone call to reschedule the appointment than to just be stood up! So unprofessional.
