Google MapsThis is definitely the MOST OUTSTANDING one stop shop in Adelaide to provide you with all your assessment needs for NDIS. They are a above and beyond client focused, calm and up to the minute ,efficient staff pool. Compared to the multiple " rogue providers" I have experienced to date, I implore you to give ProActive People a go. You won't be disappointed. I say this with the needs of a level 3 autism client.

Google MapsAbsolutely useless, we were advised to see Jamie Witt for our grandson's NDIS requirements, did nothing to help him, showed up late for appointments, the report writing was atrocious, couldn't even spell our grandson's name correctly, unable to spell many other words incorrectly and based the report on goals from 4 years ago, Dcp are striking him off their list. I would give no stars at all but not possible.

Google MapsI have been automatically connected to this group twice. The first time, I went through three consultants in a short period. One consultant spent over a year telling me it would be no problem getting me into a particular course. He told me on multiple occasions that he had spoken to a variety of employers, and several had said there would be a job for me once I got the required qualification. After 15 months of this, he told me his supervisor would not approve the course until we had obtained a promise in writing from an employer that I would be hired immediately upon completing the qualification. I was then automatically disconnected by Centrelink, cancelling any "progress". I have since been automatically reconnected by Centrelink to the same group. My new consultant was unable to save or remember any of my information for over a month. He has spent the last 3 months saying he will update my resume and email it to me, with no result. This organisation is incapable of performing the most basic of it's functions. They have repeatedly made promises and not bothered to keep them. I have only given them 1 star because I can't post a review with 0 stars. Avoid them at all cost.

Always open and frank, our two way communication means our cleaners receive direct feedback highlighting any areas needing attention and we can make requests enabling the job to be performed more efficiently.
