I have had Katrina from Prudent, manage 2 NDIS plans for my family for several years. I cannot express how amazing she is!! She is adept at managing tricky/unusual requests and her knowledge of intricate NDIS lore is second to none. Her compassion and friendly demeanor makes dealing with sometimes difficult bureaucracy that much easier! I have nothing bad to say about Prudent Plan Management as a company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional plan manager.

I am a Support coordinator who deals with many Plan Managers. While most plan managers are good my experience and feedback from Participants about Prudent is exceptional. Prudent Plan Management have supported our family managing NDIS plans for the past 3-4 years. Kerryn, Laura and Kirsten go above and beyond with service, always providing guidance and never make me feel like a nuisance when I have questions regarding the plans or ensuring that purchases are suitable under the plans. Our providers are always paid swiftly without issue and reimbursements to me are also prompt, this is especially important to me as I have an extremely limited income on the carer pension. My experience with the 3 team members I have named has been nothing but exceptional and on occasion when I’ve spoken with other team members I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable as well. I choose to be plan managed as I’m not in a financial position to self manage but I am also extremely grateful that the team free up so much of the administrative time required so I can focus on my children. I highly recommend the team at Prudent.

Had a long term payment issue from 2024 that had not been paid. Zoe was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way, she is an excellent communicator on the phone and email and kept me updated all the time and stuck with me until the matter was resolved. Cannot thank her enough for all of her help. First Class Service. Thank you
