Dr Sirous is a kind and empathetic clinical psychologist. Unfortunately, I was unable to gain any benefit after a few sessions with him. I found that Dr Sirous didn’t engage in any questioning during my sessions to understand me or my circumstances. Most of the sessions were unstructured, and I feel I was talked at for 95% of the hour, often about things that were very unrelated to the overall conversation. I had hoped for a more structured therapeutic approach, rather than a constant flow of unrelatable and unnecessary dialogue. I feel I spent a lot of money for very little benefit, and will not be seeking further treatment. Nonetheless I am aware that Dr Sirous’ treatment approach simply didn’t fit my needs and I wish the practice all the best.

**This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others make informed decisions** I would not recommend this practice. I recently encountered serious concerns regarding their billing practices. Despite explicitly instructing them that I would pay the full price for a session (which I paid by card at the end of the appointment), the practice submitted a Medicare rebate claim without my consent five days later. When I raised this issue, their response referenced outdated consent forms and texts, ignoring my clear and recent instructions. Furthermore, the Mental Health Care Plan they used was originally issued for another clinic, which is why, in the text message from Ellie, I was informed I needed a referral and a plan before the appointment. This raises significant questions about the appropriateness of their billing procedures and is, in my view, a serious breach. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly but found their response unsatisfactory. Due to these concerns, I will no longer be using their services. I share this experience to encourage transparency for others considering this clinic as I am not the only one with concerns over this practice.

Psych Connect did an amazing job with my daughter's assessment. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process, making us feel supported and at ease. Their professionalism and compassionate approach truly stood out, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care they provided. I would highly recommend Psych Connect to anyone seeking thoughtful and thorough support – we would absolutely turn to them again. 😀

My experience at Psych Connect was truly amazing, I wish I could rate this higher than 5-Stars. They're so welcoming and warming and helped me throughout my whole journey. On top of everything, their prices are very affordable and Psych Connect was honestly transparent regarding costs, prices, medicare rebate before proceeding with anything. I've dealt with other clinics before that have misguided me when it came to pricing however, Psych Connect is by far the complete opposite and I am very pleased with their positive service. If you're looking for any Psychological services, don't look any further other than Psych Connect. Thank you so much to all the staff members who gave me such a terrific experience.
