Google MapsCouldn’t recommend a better practice, it was so easy to text to book and organise my first initial appointment and from there on out I have been seeing a councillor regularly and loving every minute. Definitely get back on track and I’m so grateful for a place that understands my needs (not a phone call type of person)

Google MapsEDIT* Response to Pynk: I have reached out to you via email a few times. You have stopped responding and flat out lied about what happened as I do have documented evidence with times... Charged me full session price for an appointment that did not go ahead as it should have. Technical difficulties on the psychologists end (she changed headsets multiple times). Then she sent me a zoom link with an incorrect code (that took 20mins). Pynk blamed me for the technical issues (even though i've never had issues in the past) and said they gave me the zoom option (this was all over 30mins into the session). How are thy justifying me paying for this service I did not receive?
