Google Maps****Edit**** Pynk changed their response to this review. Their first response was kind and showed they wanted to do better. Now it's saying they own no responsibility for their actions. Do better. ************************ This is in no way a reflection of the Psychologists who work with Pynk, I'm sure many are excellent and the one my partner worked with was great. The business itself and how it is run however, is shocking. As the carer of someone with confirmed ASD, CPTSD and depression, I was the one dealing with Pynk to make appointments etc. I received a text saying my partner's psych was on leave and to start the process of changing Psych. When asking what happened to her psychologist, I was told she was on indefinite leave and they wouldn't say when she'd be back. They straight up lied and think that swapping a psychologist for someone with abandonment issues while legally (I'm assuming) stopping her psych from contacting me to tell me how to continue on with her. I had to go searching the internet to find her old psychologist so my partner could continue her treatment. I couldn't be more disgusted in the way they have acted, as doing this can severely hurt vulnerable people who they claim they want to help. My advice is if you go with Pynk, make sure you have an avenue to reach out to your current psychologist incase they one day disappear and Pynk tries to force someone else on you. Hopefully they change the way they run their business and make sure it's a safer environment for their clients.
