Qspec Building Mobility Solutions

The team at Q-spec could not be helpful enough. They have recommended and implemented home modifications for my elderly parents to have better access to their property. As a Tradie myself I was very impressed with the professionalism and job that the team did.

I have had a pleasant experience with the safety-oriented re-modification works done by Qspec. I would like to thank Tarlia for her leading administrative work as well as her understanding and support. My gratitude also goes to Lachlan for her efficient accounting service. The site and tasks have been attended by several technicians. While I appreciate their contributions, I would like to thank Steve in particular for his patience in explaining things to me and his exercising of professional judgement when carrying out the jobs. The finishing works are of high quality and the communication in between is responsive. I would strongly recommend this company to you.

The team at QSpec are the best in the business! A family member needed some home-modifications following a health event and luckily we found these guys! The process was silky smooth from the first phone call onwards. 10/10 would recommend!

I am incredibly grateful to QSpec for their exceptional service and support. If you or someone you know needs home modifications for mobility and access needs, I highly recommend QSpec. Their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of their clients are truly commendable. Thank you, Ryan, and the entire QSpec team!

I've worked with a number of builders within the access mobility sector. Ryan and the team at Qspec are professional and always take the time to ensure the participants are heard and their needs are met. Their work is of a high standard and pricing is fair and reasonable. I would certainly recommend Qspec
