Qspec Building Mobility Solutions

Recently had some home modifications done at my mothers place to help her get better/safer access throughout her house as she has slowed down in her later years. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the whole process. Great communication from the start to the end. The quality of the finished modifications is top notch. We can now leave our mother at home alone and not worry about a potential fall or hazard that was there before the work. Wish we did this years ago. Thank you Ryan and the team at Qspec

Oct 2025 Still waiting on pool rail that was paid for 8 months ago. Getting excuses every time we call. I’d give zero stars if I could. June 2025 QSpec have had my money (over $6000) for over 4 months and I’m still waiting for my ramps and rails. Not answering my phone calls.

The crew at Q spec have been amazing to deal with. I've had a few specially request mid project that I was hesitant to bring up but nothing was too hard. Everyone we've spoken to throughout our dealings has been polite, enthusiastic and helpful beyond our imagination. Keep up the good work!

Would never recommend. NDIS participants beware. They assume because we have a disability we must be stupid. Charging over $1200 for 16 blocks of plywood to sit under the feet on a modular lounge and cutting a bed rail down in height. Plywood is sharp and splintered, paint scuffed and welding on bedrail incomplete with sharp edges that tore my skin the first time getting into bed. Took months to get the job completed with zero communication but no delays in sending the bill through. No follow up when dissatisfaction communicated but they've managed to hide truthful google review left. *Edited to update 3 months after this job began: Ryan contacted me a month after the job was completed only after seeing this review. Suddenly he wanted to rectify the issues. Another month, 4 more visits & finally I have a bed rail without sharp edges and proper feet under the sofas. I am satisfied that finally the job is done however, still would not recommend this business. It should not take over 3 months and all the headaches to get a simple job completed. Ryan believes they “bent over backwards to fix the issues”. Had they done the job properly in the first place there wouldn’t have been issues to fix.

Qspec have been phenomenal to work with. Their staff are always super friendly, accommodating and professional. Every solution they have provided has been great, regardless of the complexity of requirements. If you are looking for any custom mobility solutions, Qspec are the best for the job.
