We bought a bed rail for my father-in-law who is arriving to the with us shortly. I was impressed by the very quick delivery, good price and how easy it was to set up!

Easy to purchase what I wanted (E-Traveller 130 Lite Electric Wheelchair) and swift delivery. Queries were promptly replied to. Love the chair, only issue is that the battery goes to sleep overnight and has to be woken up by reconnecting the charger in the morning.

I ordered a 5L home oxygen concentrator for a family member. It was delivered very fast (within days). Customer service was excellent as well with helping place the order. The machine works fantastic and is extremely quiet when operating.

This Rapid Medical bed rail is a true life saver in assisting m elderly husband move around in bed and sit up. It is very sturdy, practical and looks good. The purchase was easy, the delivery rapid with good communication on the way. We will go back to this company as they were great to deal with .

Do not buy from this company. LOS brace I bought is way too big to the point where I can't use it. I ordered a large due to fitting into the size range by 2cm from the next size down,and I couldn't even wrap it around and get the Velcro to stick because it was so large. Have made multiple efforts to contact them texts, emails and they have not responded at all. Don't waste your money and don't trust the sizing. I would never recommend this company
