Google MapsReceived prompt assistance with an after sales query. I only buy my mobility items from rapid. Quick delivery, high quality products and although the phone can ring out at their warehouse, they get back to you recent purchase was a rollator. . Couldn’t figure out how to attach backrest. Back came solution with photos. Thank you Rapid staff. Anne in the West

Google MapsThere is nothing rapid about this company. They only offer Rapid Dispatch not Rapid delivery. The item may be dispatched quickly but it just sits there waiting for a courier or Aus post to come and collect it. So what's the point? Even the tracking shows that it has been dispatched but not indicating when it is actually going to be collected (on the day you order it). I found this to be very misleading. There is nothing "Rapid" as it is not collected rapidly after dispatch. Then, they don't answer the phone. They only send text messages late in the day so it is too late to go and buy the item if you need it urgently. I couldn't cancel the item once I found out that it wasn't going to be delivered "Rapidly" only dispatched Rapidly. I think this is very Misleading. I rarely give a company a bad review as you can see from my other reviews but I feel so mislead.

Google MapsSimply a great product. A little bit involved in putting the walker together but the instructions were well written and easy. I love the weight, only 7kg. Delivery was very quick even this close to Xmas. I will purchase from Rapid Medical again and recommend you to family and friends. Regards Julie Pilot.

Google MapsCustomer service was non existent. Was told that I cannot return a mobility walker that didn’t quite fit for my father because it is a ‘sterile’ piece of equipment. Interesting. I shall be asking the ACCC if this is in fact correct. Felt like the email that I received was a cut and paste response.
