I purchased a rollator as a surprise for my Brother who lives interstate. When I phoned him to tell him to expect it, he informed me that NDIS had just agreed to give him a wheelchair. I immediately tried to cancel my order (within 5 minutes of placing it) I phoned, messaged & emailed. But only a “we will get back to you soon message” & no response to my email & no callback. 20 hours later I receive a message saying “here’s the link for returns” basically too bad, so sad but there’s no returns or exchanges. Very disappointing & frustrating. A complete waste of money, when it could have just been cancelled in their system & money refunded. Will not deal with them again & buyer beware. No I do recommend this company who put sakes above customer service!! Also it’s guaranteed next day delivery, but so far no email to say it’s been sent, no tracking & my brother hasn’t received it! So it could quite easily have been cancelled in their system!!!!

The dual grab toilet surround is exactly what was needed. Great purchase. Delivery was a few days longer than expected but we are in country Victoria.

The equipment is good, but online purchasing is unreliable because they sent me used item or was shop displayed, was dirty and has marks on the handles and on the tyres, when I emailed them about it they offered me 20 dollars voucher to shut my mouth, it's better the person offered that buy coffee by this 20 dollars to wake up and think about better solution. They're dishonest.
