Google MapsI purchased a rollator as a surprise for my Brother who lives interstate. When I phoned him to tell him to expect it, he informed me that NDIS had just agreed to give him a wheelchair. I immediately tried to cancel my order (within 5 minutes of placing it) I phoned, messaged & emailed. But only a “we will get back to you soon message” & no response to my email & no callback. 20 hours later I receive a message saying “here’s the link for returns” basically too bad, so sad but there’s no returns or exchanges. Very disappointing & frustrating. A complete waste of money, when it could have just been cancelled in their system & money refunded. Will not deal with them again & buyer beware. No I do recommend this company who put sakes above customer service!! Also it’s guaranteed next day delivery, but so far no email to say it’s been sent, no tracking & my brother hasn’t received it! So it could quite easily have been cancelled in their system!!!!
