We bought the E-traveller carbon 130 lite and it is an amazing chair! My mum is so happy with it. It’s lightweight and fast and moves so well. It’s far more stable than models like the Ikon which armrests wobble which make it hard to get out of the chair. She says she would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Wonderful experience with Rapid Medical Supplies! Communication was so easy - no waiting extended times for email or text response. Receiving my new Inogen Rove 6 oxygen concentrator also was very easy - incredibly fast delivery, no waiting ages despite it being shipped from interstate. And so far the Rove 6 has lived up to all my hopes. It is light enough for me to carry, is very easy to operate, and allows me to get out in the world without needing to be saddled with heavy oxygen cylinders. Overall, I couldn't have wished for a better buying/receiving experience as I've had with the Rove 6, so thanks again to Rapid Medical Supplies for smoothing the path!

Well if you want great customer service and support do not ring Rapid Medical Supplies as it’s automated and when they say they will call you back they never do. Im now on my fifth call over 2 days. Also they advised express delivery still waiting urgently for item, ordered item Saturday won’t arrive till following Friday in outer metropolitan area. However they give quick service in taking your money.
