Google MapsAmy and I have been working together for a number of years now, working through numerous life events and other lifelong hardships and experiences. Amy is a strong and dedicated advocate for your wellbeing and positive mental health. Thus working with Amy has allowed me to delve into untouched memories and move through my deepest emotional traumas. Amy’s style of therapy is highly effective through her clear communicative skills, her warmth and continuous presence. I could not recommend her enough.

Google MapsI've been working with Amy for nearly 12 months and she's been nothing short of incredible. Psychology tends to be very prone to personal subjective preferences and for me someone who was encouraging and felt safe to discuss things with was exactly what was needed. Amy also does not overextend in the way some other previous practicioners have and referred me to a reliable psychiatrist for certain aspects of my treatment (and encouraged/reminded me as well lol). If you're looking for a professional who's not about cold clinical assessment and isn't afraid to actually assess the best mechanism of treatment rather than hose you down with CBT then you've found them. Will be sad to say goodbye soon but that is the point, problems solved and life goes on!

Google MapsI’ve been seeing Amy for a few years now and have continuously felt understood and supported through my anxiety treatment. What I’ve appreciated the most about Amy is that she keeps me accountable and challenges me while also bringing a lightless to our sessions with her warmth and sense of humour. Amy has gone above and beyond with providing strategies and resources and I couldn’t recommend her more highly (wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!!)
