I cannot recommend Amy highly enough. I had tried a couple of psychologists before but never did more then 1 or 2 sessions because I never felt comfortable. With Amy I instantly felt comfortable. She has a warm approach and allows me to feel comfortable to be able to open up. Amy is a true professional who genuinely cares about her patients well-being. She has helped me navigate through some of my most challenging days to date. She offers such great insight, practical tools, and a safe place to talk openly. I’ve seen such significant improvements in my anxiety and mood. Highly recommend

She is understanding and kind whilst also providing the necessary support and encouragement needed to better yourself. Amy is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, presenting various solutions to fit both my needs and abilities. I personally appreciate that she takes time to explain the mechanics and processes of the brain, through catering to my understanding she has bettered my self awareness.
