Recovery Plus Support

If I could put no stars would be better. This company just see NDIS participants as cash cows. They do absolutely nothing except use up funds. Nothing gets done, even returning a simple phone call is difficult for this company. Stay away from these people they are useless.

Runda has been an absolute lifesaver during my NDIS journey. I’d be lost without her. She genuinely cares and goes out of her way to help. Everyone needs a Runda in their life ❤️ Thank you so much for everything you’ve done.

I have been dealing with EMMA from last six month. She is amazing to work with. She looks after the client's needs very closely and effectively.

The coach did know what his role was. There is definitely lack of training. During our sessions he was calling my plan manager and support worker and asking them what there role is and what was expected of him. He wanted me to chase up the services and courses and then we call them together during our sessions. I felt I was paying for him to learn and me doing all the work

I had a very positive interaction with Recovery Plus as an NDIS client. The Psychosocial Recovery Coach they provided had extensive experience in mental health, dedicated, knowledgeable and provided a clear individualised roadmap to recovery for me. Michael and Alicia are great at their job and improved my life.
