Recovery Plus Support

This company not only provided an appalling service, they then had the nerve to charge my plan for 25 hours when they provided less than 5 hours. They also have failed to respond to requests for refunds due to this over charging and I have not come across a less professional organisation during my time on the NDIS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL RORT YOUR PLAN AND DROP YOU WHEN THE PLAN WONT PAY ANYMORE BECAUTHEYRE CHARGING

I, Karen, have been linked in with Recovery Plus for quite a few months now. Although it takes some time to build rapport, I have found myself such a wonderful Support Coordinator by the name of Catherine Wright ( sorry Katherine if you don't like your name visible to the community., but you deserve to be heard because you're an extremely wonderful Co Ordinator).You listen to me, you take time out to ensure that I have the appropriate supports put in place for myself to live a comfortable life, despite my disabilities. You back me up when no-one from the ndis wants to listen to me. You've been my rock for the lady fra months and I sincerely cannot say "THANKYOU" enough for being the wonderful person you are. By sure, you deserve the golden buzzer. I'm proud of you and everything you do for me.

Emma has been such a help to me. She shows great understanding of my needs. Emma is such a great organiser to follow up with all my needs as requested.This does take a lot of stress and overwhelm from my life. I highly recommend Emma and are very appreciative for her caring excellent service.

Horrible staff, they are disrespectful and will take your money. I know they say they are mental health but they aren't. Services need to stop stating they understand mental health because you never truly understand mental health everyone is different and every case is unique you can know about mental health but it is impossible to ever understand mental health as there are so many different ways people cope differently. Services like this one deserve to be closed down, they are more damaging for people with complex mental health needs and will destroy them. Please reconsider this organisation
