I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Regis health. My mum arrived four years ago in a bad physical and mental state. The progress she has made these last four years have been nothing but amazing. This has been due to the excellent medical and great care she has received from the staff. The communication we have received regarding my mother's progress from Helen right down to the caring staff has been nothing but fantastic. Great people! Great place! Sophie
My Mother and father have both been at Regis Dandenong North for around 3 years until Dad sadly passed earlier this year. Mum is still there now. The love and care my father received during his last few weeks was exceptional Mum is now there by herself and i can honestly say that the care, love and friendship she receives from all staff give us ( her family) great peace of mind. The lifestyle ladies are amazing and Mum loves them like family. She is part of their choir and enjoys the many activities they put on. I would definitely recommend Regis Dandenong North.
My wife had Dementia, she would fall down a lot of times at home until the ambulance took her to hospital, my daughter and I visited 2 aged care facilities, the one we chose was Regis at Dandenong Nth, we were greeted by Helen who is the manager. My wife was taken into their care, Helen was so friendly and comforting to myself and my 2 children, the staff were only too willing to help. Each day I would visit my wife sometimes 2-3 times a day and I always see how the staff was so caring to make my wife so comfortable they treated her with utmost care as if she was part of their family. The final days of my wife was being looked after by the most caring people that I got to know, I thank them for what they did to make wife's end of life so much more comfortable. I fully recommend Regis Aged Care for any person that needs care, thankyou
My mum has been a resident here for around 3 years now and is very happy here which is a big relief for me. The care and compassion that mum receives is of high standard compare to the ratio of staff. There are many activities to choose from and mum enjoys Bingo, Ballon tennis, Chocolate Pong and Marina walks and special gathering like Melbourne cup, Mothers day, Christmas and many more. All the staff throughout the facility are very approachable, always smiling and willing to help, nothing is to much of a bother. The facility has a lovely calm atmosphere and large share balconies that overlook the Marina and Ocean, very relaxing and peaceful. Mum has made some lovely friends here and are quiet sitting in the large lounge area chatting. Overall, mum is happy with the care and feels safe here and that makes me feel at ease.

Google MapsGoogle Review — Regis Port Coogee A wonderful place to call home My mum, Mrs Marjorie Wragg, has been a resident at Regis Port Coogee since February 2024, after trialling the home in December 2023 and January 2024. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable with the care and environment provided. Mum has a beautifully appointed room with lovely views over the marina. She has been able to add her own furnishings, photographs and memorabilia, which has helped make it feel like her own home. And that is exactly what she calls it — home. She is very happy there. Mum is a very social person and has made many wonderful friendships with both residents and staff. Over the past few years, we have found the staff to be consistently professional, caring and approachable. We communicate with them by email whenever we have any questions or concerns, and they are always responsive and helpful. The nursing staff, in particular, show genuine concern for Mum and her individual needs. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing that she is being well cared for. Regis also provides a very active social calendar, with residents encouraged to participate and stay involved. Mum enjoys the activities and also has regular beauty treatments, which are an important part of her wellbeing. The location is another real highlight. Being close to the marina, shopping centre and restaurants makes Regis Port Coogee a wonderful place to retire. Mum is now approaching 90, and with the wonderful care and support she receives, we hope she will still be there celebrating her 100th birthday! We are very grateful to the entire Regis Port Coogee team for making Mum feel safe, happy, cared for and, most importantly, at home. Highly recommended.
