Google MapsAside from two staff members that were great, this agency needs accreditation. The management is poor. The communication is poor. No wonder the staff and clients are leaving! Even when they lost my medication, they found it in 2 days yet took a further 5 to let me know after my emails which were not responded to. They took 4 months to act on the OT report and far longer to do the review that was required. Dismal and very disappointing. Thankfully now I've found someone I can trust, who is capable of doing their job efficiently.
