Amazing people. Genuine, friendly,knowledgeable and encouraging. The people representing Richmond Wellbeing put in a mighty effort on behalf of their clients. Be it NDIS, PIR, etc.....you can have complete confidence they are putting their best foot forward. They strive to improve the health of their clients. RW have excellent communication skills- that's listening and engaging in conversation. They are upfront and transparent. If you feel your wellbeing is a struggle, do yourself a favour, pick up the phone and talk with somebody at RW.

These guys are amazing! I have a lot of involvement with them and theyve assisted with my mental health recovery for the past year. Words really cant express my gratitude. Thank you Richmond!

Richmond Wellbeing in Perth City Ngulla Mia are good for the first few months but there needs to be a change of management at Ngulla Mia the site manger there currently has no compassion . most support workers sit on their phones on shift most agency staff don't understand what they are doing and don't want to be there . Also most support workers suggest to the resident to consider recovery house and push it onto resident pretty quickly aswell. When I first moved in support was great but the support drop off and when it came to moving out of the service to my new mental health service the hand over and the support to transition was horrible I don't recommend to people just coming out of hospital I recommend Richmond once someone does a stepup program first. There was support workers who were lovely but there was support workers that brought their home problems to work then when I was having a bad day or I pick up on their problems It was noted I was being rude. Also things were said about me that were not true I have it writen on a report from a therapist I'm not happy about it . The communication has lack badly for a mental health recovery service . Things need to be changed at Ngulla Mia especially program wise and independence wise you have enough staff to do things because it's falling to pieces and it's toxic and not very good for recovery the bassendean and other Richmond wellbeing services are a lot better than Ngulla Mia and other services have less staff and but programs and running of services are better and staff care a lot more. I do thank Rachel my keyworker for help on my journey and Tegan and other support workers who have helped me but I stick to my very harsh review because it's the truth seeing support workers on their phones all the time is just unprofessional!

The intake system for help with NDIS applications is not being run properly. People are falling through the gaps. Very disappointing given initial positive impression. Put in a queue and never received assistance - despite being assured of assistance in due course several times.
