Google MapsStaff at Rivergum Allied Therapies have assisted me with my revised NDIS plan. This year I was provided with extra support in Occupational Therapy with a new staff member from the UK. Her experience with mental health in the Deaf Community there, has helped me a lot, and communication with people is important to me, being Deaf myself. Her knowledge of sign language in the UK has helped with how to communicate with me in Auslan. Thank you Natalie, for your understanding and knowledge in your efforts to communicate with me in Auslan.

Google MapsAs a psychosocial OT practicing in the central highlands region, it has been reassuring to be able to refer my clientele to Simon and his team to holistically address their physical, home modification, assistive technology, speech therapy and physiotherapy assessment/treatment needs. Based on our history of working together, i feel confident that our mutual clients are always treated with the kindness and respect they deserve and that the Rivergum Team are able to provide an expert service. Importantly, having all services sit under one roof is a great convenience to the participants we support, reduces the stress associated with multiple appointments and ensures a highly comprehensive approach to assessment and intervention.

Google MapsThis company social worker brought in a support co ordinator from another business and watched them insult my wife and myself didn't disagree just sat there You make a complaint and they dont want to continue other services Second in charge is twisting words rude over the phone doesnt get people have disabilities communication over complaints is terrible I dont appreciate the treatment my family got we are not ndis cash cows they like extendimg hours on hours on my sons ndis Says its ok not to have all questions filled out in fca reports The fca report is as bad as i knew it would be this company write parents cant manage money, cant use ndis correctly , cant use supports correctly This company has nothing to even base that off the fact is they are the ones wasting my sons ndis money and completely wasted our time and are rude and like to be arrogant as if im going to use youre unprofessional ot report total waste of money and our time Same as ndis time wasters and unprofessional You go to these places for support but it not always the case Workers come late and cancel appointments and write useless reports I wont be submitting its that bad. Pretty dissapointing support for people that expect prpfessionals to to do their jobs to get them tbe supports not come into their home and insult tbem in person and in reports
