Google MapsI have been coming to Road To Recovery for almost 3 years now. When I came along I was very unsteady on my feet due to my disability would often trip over. The exercises that I have been doing have strengthened my legs so that now I am more steady and confident as I walk around. Joe and his team are amazing in their attitude towards clients. They tailor the exercises to suit each individuals. This takes a lot of time and research that they are willing to do so that their clients get the most out of their time there. I have experienced other services that just gave me basic exercises that didn't suit my condition and therefore were ineffective. They demonstrate such a strong care for their clients and are passionate to assist each individual to have a quality of life. I know if it wasn't for Joe and his team my legs would've continued to deteriorate and who knows where I would've been now.

I have watched this facility grow into a powerhouse of positivity for rehab and NDIS clients. Joe and his team are the gold standard. Customer service is the most important aspect of any business and Joe has put this at the centre of this business. Great work, don't ever change.👍

Google MapsVery disappointing. I had my assessment which detailed that I had a bad back. Inspire of this I was advised by Holly just to get on with it an push through the pain. As a result I was unable to walk properly for almost 1 year. When I eventually went back I was required to have another full assessment with Joe at more expense, no apology was given. I then went into his clas but advised him that I would never go into Holly's class again. You can imagine my surprise when I was but back into her class without warning. Calls to Joe went unanswered. This organisation is only about making profits and opening new centres, it is not about people's recovery. I eventually got some pain relief by having a spinal injection. I will now probably have to have spinal injection too soon for the rest of my life. Be very careful about going to road to recovery. Essentially they have ruined my life.
