I was very impressed by the service provided by Ross Care! I thought it would be too difficult for them to meet my son’s particular needs but actually nothing was too difficult for them! The care was amazing! My son said all the support workers were really nice and he felt very comfortable and looked after! Five star rating from both me and my son and I would definitely do it again and would feel comfortable knowing that my son is in good hands! Thank you Ross Care for your amazing service!

Full of positivity & plans in the beginning & all down hill from there. Coercive & controlling staff & poor communication. As a lot of businesses do I'm sure, most of these 5 star reviews are from staff & their families. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My young adult son has been attending Ross Care for a while now doing respite. The staff are friendly, professional and very caring. My son has met some wonderful people they take him out in the community to learn social skills and engage in fun activities. He is also learning to be more independent. A big thankyou to Mashal she is always available to answer any questions. Also a big thankyou to all the staff they are wonderful, caring and very approachable. I would give Ross Care ten stars🌟
