Runcorn Plaza Family Medical Practice

I'm so grateful for this wonderful Medical Practice with the friendly, helpful and smiling faces of the reception girls. Yesterday I had to do a " walk in" appointment, Dr Mahmood happily seen to my needs as she has done before, and even though she is not my regular doctor (Dr Akbar is) I can 100% recommend her as a caring, friendly and professional Doctor. Always a good experience at Runcorn Family Medical.

No professionalism shown by the front desk receptionist. No point of booking an appointment.

Strongly recommended. The receptionists are very friendly and patient. Dr. Qudsia Mahmood cares bout her patients, very good at listening and meeting my needs. The price is 100% affordable. I will definitely come back to this GP again.

Receptionist is really rude and has no manners how to talk to patients. The Indian receptionist served us when we reached the clinic and she was just not ready to listen to us and kept rolling her eyes. I only come to this practice for Dr Akbar and travel 30 mins everytime. I recommend the receptionist should take some professional training on how to treat customers.
