Google MapsI cannot speak more highly of Safe Life for their incredible customer service and skilled and flexible approach. My elderly father was in hospital and I was very stressed preparing last minute for his return, now high care. I was ringing various places for help choosing an alarm for him so when I was in bed I could hear him trying to get up and therefore run to him immediately. I knew nothing about these alarm systems and needed it in a hurry. A few companies didn’t have all the components and talked about ordering things which would not suit my urgent timeline. After getting some idea of what I needed I rang Safe Life. They calmly talked through the options and had everything in stock. Also they were just around the corner from me. They said they might need a couple of days to organise the equipment for me but when I spoke of my desperation, they fast tracked it and had it ready that afternoon so it would be there for my father’s return the next day. I was so grateful to them for this incredible customer care. They adapted to our specific situation and made sure it was ready. Over the next few days of using the system I had a better understanding of what I needed and wanted to expand my system. They were able to quickly order in the extra pieces and within days had it in store. As I couldn’t leave my father alone they very kindly came to my house and added the extra items to the system and showed me how to use them. THIS is above and beyond customer care. Tim was polite and pleasant and helpful as was Rory. I was very stressed and confused and they could not have been more kind and helpful. The best thing also was that they were ADAPTABLE. This is the mark of a superior business. Dealing with the elderly is not a black and white thing and they were able to act with sensitivity and agility in helping us come up with a perfect solution. They seriously saved my life as the hospital sent Dad home with Covid and we were suddenly locked down with no help. This alarm system, that no one else would have given me in time, got us through 7 days of hell on our own in isolation. Without it I can’t even imagine what would have happened. So THANK YOU Safe Life!! You are true to your name. You certainly saved our lives in this instance. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company. You couldn’t get better service and they stand by the excellent products they sell.
