Decent gym but as a guy, I wouldn't recommend it --> simply because of lack of free weights. On the plus side, staff are super helpful, prices are great and 24 access rocks!

I can’t recommend Savvy enough. The most supportive bunch of trainers ever. Great variety of classes at times that work for all types of people. 5 stars.

What a month I’ve been able to do more than I would have thought possible Thank you Savvy and especially Andrea I need your take no crap attitude Savvy Some say it’s a cult down by the blue mile I say wow and boy do I get to smile There has also been some tears I have overcome some fears Although usually bringing up the rear Over the years I have seen when a dream is created I would 100% rate it Thank you Savvy

A wide range of activities to accommodate any fitness level. A friendly and enjoyable environment. I've been a member for over 8 years. I now utilise the multi visit pass which suits if your able to make 1 session a week mixed with your own training. I find this ideal for my current situation. I would recommend if your unsure, give it a trial and reassess - you'll be pleasantly surprised.
