The Box is exactly what I was looking for and needed . I have always struggled to stay consistent and motivated .Justin is amazing at what he does, the support, guidance and knowledge he has shared with me has lead to some impressive results , in the short term and I am excited to see what future goals I can achieve. The small group training , provides personalised and attention to detail programming..With close observation to technique and support , my confidence and ability has significantly improved . The Box community is friendly , supportive , encouraging and just an amazing crew .I was made feel welcome immediately . I would highly recommend Justin , The Box and it’s community .

I could not recommend redefineme highly enough. I had no idea what I was doing when I started at the gym and lacked confidence. I started training with Justin over 3 years ago and not only has it helped with my physical health but also my mental health. He shares his knowledge on fitness and nutrition and has a real passion for helping people. Justin is friendly, approachable and makes working out enjoyable. Justin really cares, and will meet you where you’re at; first timer or experienced. Great friendly atmosphere and plenty of sessions each day. Completely holistic approach to health, fitness and recovery and in achieving your personalised goals. Strong recommend, excellent value.

I used to struggle with staying consistent at the gym and knowing what to focus on. I was looking for something more structured with support and accountability. The smaller group sessions here are great- more personalised, friendly and the team pay attention to your form. There's also helpful nutrition support which helped me get results faster. Since starting, I've gotten stronger, more motivated and finally built a routine I can stick to. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting real support and results.
