We were having a few issues with my cousin’s NDIS plan/funding, until we contacted Aimee from Scovier Care. She was extremely helpful and organised a Change of Circumstance review for us . Our problems have now all been resolved thanks to Aimee.

Scovier have been nothing but a nightmare! In the first 3 weeks there were 15 late, no shows or no one scheduled for my shift. This is totally unacceptable considering I have breathing issues that prevent me from doing simple every day tasks. Their lack of communication with me also leaves a lot to be desired. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who needs serious care. I'd like to know what the OH&S issues are that you speak of as it's the first I have heard of this.

In my experience since my mother has been in care from 2020, Scovier in particular has been the most supportive with the upmost integrity and dedication. The coordinator Amiee has always open and approachable to our needs .
