I personally would never recommend scovier care from my experience. When they don't like what you say publicly (the truth about what I feel was abusive and restrictive care, incompetency, etc.) They will send you defamation notices, see attached! In my 1 star review I left after getting defamation letters for reviews I got the reply that "they tried to resolve it off-line". Since I have left scovier care and reached out via the complaints commission, via reviews, asking for my records, etc. I have had no contact from scovier care to ask about my experience, how they could better there service, to make amends, etc. And since the 1 star review I sent a email seeking to express my experience and try and resolve the conflict but I have heard nothing In over 12 days. So clearly i feel it is scovier care trying to show the world that they "resolved" it off-line but have actually made no efforts. I feel staff were severely incompetent with medication if I wasn't so aware there would of been many medication errors, scovier care made me work with staff when i had experienced trauma by said staff, I had lost all choice and control, they told the ndis I agreed to full guardianship when that was not the case, I Was coercively forced to sign up with a new psychologist by scoiver even though I have a psychologist In place and Was told I'd lose funding if I didn't sign the agreement. I feel scovier care take zero accountability for there actions and the actions of staff.

I had a meet with scovier care in November 2022 I decided to move in with scovier care through out the settling in transition scovier care meet my needs.I found scovier care to go beyond myself caterer for my needs. I have found scovier have a 24 hours on call which has help me a lot. Scovier is family oriented company and keep my family updates. I had serval support coordinator which I found Amiee has the best for me and go beyond my needs nothing is a problem for her if my needs changed and always my needed and wants. Ben all so been supportive in my need and my well-being always answered the phone as I need a chat again nothing is a problem. Scovier care always has been beyond making shore support workers with me 24/7. I am very happy that scovier care has put my needs first and feel happy and safe.

I’ve been a client of Scovier Care’s for around 2 years now. 95% of the time has been satisfactory. I’ve had a couple incompatibilities with some workers that come to my house, but when I bring this up to any of the managers they’ve always been punctual and eager in managing it. Ive always felt safe. There was only one day in the whole of 2 years where I didn’t feel me or my belongings were respected, and I sent that person home, contacted the manager and it was dealt with swiftly, and I’ve never seen that person again. Most of the workers who have come to my house were keen to learn my medical equipment, and have completed duties to a satisfactory level.
