I’ve been training with Greg since 2015, helping me to prepare for international sporting events. Excellent training programs which have helped me to rehabilitate a number of sporting injuries, including 2 collar bone breaks & various soft tissue injuries. Has also helped me to manage ongoing pain related to arthritis (Ankylosing Spondylitis), keeping me pain free & active.

I've been seeing Greg weekly for three and a half years now to supplement the training I do for my sport. Prior to training with Greg, I often sustained injuries from overuse, but now I'm able to do rehab/prehab exercises with him, in addition to strength and conditioning to stay at the top of my game and prevent reinjury.
