In 2021, I received a devastating diagnosis of Terminal Metastatic Prostate Cancer. While I underwent various treatments, my oncologist also referred me to Greg Simms from Simms Exercise Physiology. This devastating disease severely affected my mobility; however, Greg's assistance and unwavering support over the past two years have proven invaluable. After having spinal surgery 5 Years ago I was introduced to Greg to help me with my recovery. I have not looked back after that day. Greg is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health, wellness and exercise physiology. I’d been having a lot of pain in my hip and thigh from bursitis and tendonitis and after 2 steroid injections, it was suggested that I should go along to see Greg. I was at first hesitant, as I didn’t want to be hurting anymore! However, after a few sessions of working with Greg on strengthening the muscles around my injury site, I began to really feel and see the benefit. Although it is still hard work, his encouraging, warm and friendly approach makes it more fun and to my surprise I actually look forward to going back every week.

Greg is a great trainer with so much knowledge, I have been in pain with injury for a long time and after the first week I had no more shoulder and back pain and still after a few months of seeing Greg I feel so much better physically and emotionally. Greg Simms from Zen Health and Wellness is definitely one of the best exercise physiologist's I have ever come across. He has been my exercise physiologist for past 5years and I find myself stronger and fitter each day . Greg very well understands the importance of functional fitness over just fast gains or quick crash diets. After having 2 c-sections surgeries, it's only because of Greg that i have been able to gain my core and physical strength back.
