My father in law was admitted to Hope Aged Care year a go. I was very happy with the care he received. Always updating any changes with his care. The facility feels like home as we entered. The management and staff have treated my parents well and have been very supportive during the transition to aged care. The staff are very caring and friendly and nothing is ever any trouble for them. They always encourage my parents to participate in the lifestyle activities, which they enjoy.

My mum Maria is at hope aged care The staff are fabulous at their job. I am always humbled by their compassion and dedication. The manager Ali Ibrahim is very kind and always there to lend an ear. Everyone is always there to help in any capacity. Very pleased here

I am writing to warn other families my deep dissatisfaction with the nursing home where my grandfather was staying. Recently, he was kicked out of the facility after being hospitalized, which is concerning in itself we were not notified before this occurred. The reason given for his dismissal was that they suspended his care while he was in the hospital to save us money. However, despite this suspension, we continued to receive charges for his care during this time, which feels completely unjust. The level of care provided at this facility is minimal at best. My grandfather's health deteriorated significantly while he was under their supervision, and they failed to recognize the signs of his illness until it was too late. This negligence almost led to a life-threatening situation for him. I urge anyone considering this nursing home for their loved ones to think twice. There are better options out there that prioritize the health and well-being of their residents. I strongly empathise there is such better options don’t be fooled by the nice guy persona of the director Ali and choose somewhere else . My grandfather is thriving at another facility now and not just sitting in a living room unsupervised sometimes falling over Trying to ask for help.

Ali has always been there for the staff members, their families, and the residents, going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels heard, supported, and cared for. His leadership and genuine compassion make a huge difference in the daily operations of the facility. We truly appreciate everything he does and the positive environment he helps create.
