Living at Hope Aged Care has been a wonderful experience. The staff here are incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with smile. They make me feel safe and well looked after every day. The food is delicious with a variety of meals that are both tasty and nutritious. I always look forward to mealtimes! The facility is always clean, comfortable, and feels like home. There are plenty of activities to keep us engaged and entertained, and I enjoy spending time with other residents. The manager is approachable, listen to our concerns, and ensures everything runs smoothly. I am truly happy living here and grateful for the support and care I receive. As a frequent visitor to Hope Aged Care in Gladstone Park I am very impressed with the standard of care given to my brother from the staff. At all times they have been very caring, respectful of his needs and always keep us updated on his needs and progress. Everyone is very friendly and very approachable. Our father has recently moved to Hope Aged Care Gladstone Park and so far he is loving it. The staff are very kind and caring. They show respect and consideration to our dad’s needs. The place is being renovated, it’s clean and smells clean which is always a good sign. We are happy with the decision we made and grateful to Ali and Staff for making this transition a smooth one.

My grandfather was a resident at Hope Aged Care in Gladstone Park, and our experience there was truly positive. He passed away peacefully while in their care, surrounded by his family and we will always be grateful for the compassion, dignity and respect shown to him and to us during such a difficult time. The staff were kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive, making sure he was comfortable and that our family felt cared for as well. The environment felt warm and respectful and communication with us was thoughtful and reassuring throughout the period he was a resident there.
