My child attended the Bondi Junction clinic for a short time. The therapist themself was nice. When we could no longer attend, the practice told me I would have to honour the 4-6 week cancellation period (can't remember if it was 4 or 6). I had never signed the service agreement with that term so they dropped it eventually - saying because I hadn't signed it they couldn't enforce it. Regardless that was completely against the NDIS rules of 48 hours notice being the max requirement so it would have been unenforceable in any case. The admin staff was very impolite when I tried to have that discussion with them. I was also charged 30 mins per session for notes, which would be completely fine if they took that time. However the dot point notes seemed to be the notes taken during the conversations with the therapist, with no further context added or time spent on them.
