ClickabilityMy experience with Star Express as a company started off a little rocky with out first visit from someone with no communication whatsoever, things not done properly and having to be redone by myself. However after contacting the company they sent out Donna and assured us she'd be a good fit - and she was! She comes every fortnight and if she won't be able to make it, lets us know well in advance. Her communication level is great, always checking how we'd like new things done and making sure there isn't anything else she can do for us each fortnight. She pays great attention to the little things, including the way our bed is made, cleaning nose prints from our dogs off the glass door, rotating certain activities to make best use of her time with us. She's personal and takes an interest in asking how my partner and I are going each week, which is really sweet. I highly recommend her as a cleaner and the company from an administration standpoint has great communication including letting us know if Donna is going to be a tad early or late, and giving us a heads up about any stand-in cleaners when Donna is away (e.g. one- or two-person team and genders).
