I can not thank Helen, Steve and the right at home family enough! The care, love and support they showed my family and I during my mums last days went above and beyond expectations.

Please consider another provider. I can give numerous examples of the poor service. We wanted an OT REPORT, it took them two months to organise and then another month to send the report ( which was drafted 6 days after the visit). You call, you email and they do nothing. Never pay for anything and then think they will reimburse … its was like getting blood out of stone … caught the financial son lying as to when he had sent the payment as i gave him a wrong account number and he said the payment had gone through… No communication. Please be careful with this company

I really cannot speak highly enough of the care, empathy and support shown towards me and my family by Helen and Steve. Having been rather 'thrown in at the deep end' with two elderley relatives to care for I was so fortunate to come across Right at Home (Perth Northern suburbs). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Helens extensive nursing experience and professionalism proved invaluable and Steve gave up so much time to simply sit with my Uncle and get to know him personally in order to best assess his needs. I have not hesitated to recommend their services to my friends. Thank you both for making a difficult time so much more bearable. Sue x
