Thank you Sean and the team for a wonderful enriching experience. We attended as a small group of teenage students with a primary diagnosis of Autism. Sean guided our students through a wide range of proprioceptive exercises that focused on core strength and fundamental movements. Students not only loved the wide range of activities, but enjoyed the empowerment of performing and conquering physical challenges. The team of Sean, Amy and Vera were warm and welcoming. I will be recommending these programs to my clients and colleagues in the future.

I couldn't thank Sean and the team at Tactix enough for all the support they provide; from SIL's, to community access and the gym. I have been training with Tactix for now many years and I’m really happy with Sean and his team who have worked with me over this time to improve my health and fitness goals. Veera has been working with me for a lot of this time her dedication and enthusiasm has helped me reach many milestones. I love our weekly sessions, she is so much fun, easy to talk with and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. My health and fitness has improved for the better and I appreciate the motivation from Veera to keep on this path. Thank you Skye
