Takes Care Specialist Centre

It's been nearly 2 years since started my treatment with Dr Goki. I am leaving a review of appreciation for the service provided by him as well by Tula. During this time, both of them have been very helpful. Tula is great with follow ups and always kind with good humor. I am already with my GP to continue the treatment and I have had a few instances I needed help from Dr Goki in short notice and he kindly followed up to help with my needs. My life has had a positive 180 degree turn change since I started my treatment. Thanks for being kind, Dr Goki and Tula. :)

Receptionist staff are rude and poor communicators. I waited 3 months for an appointment here and made a genuine mistake - I did not realise I had a conflict of interest I needed to disclose. When the receptionist officer realised they could not accept me as a patient she sarcasticaly offered to print the terms and conditions for me. Unfortunately, there were multiple forms I had to fill out for this appointment and multiple overly detailed emails and confusing phone calls I had received which led to me missing one paragraph of important information. This clinic is meant to help people who strugle with neurodivergent traits such as disorganisation. Instead I left embarassed and with an overwhelming feeling of how difficult it can be to access health care. I rarely leave negative reviews but wanted to share my experience as I can see other people have had similar problems.

Worked with Takes Care as a counsellor in 2024. Takes Care provided me with a lovely office space, really well-mannered and kind admin, and a heart-centred team of professionals. Generous towards clients, patients, staff and colleagues. Thank you for your collegiality and authenticity.

Katayoon is incredibly professional psychologist and truly supportive. She helped me through a very stressful situation and guided me to stay strong. She reminded me of my worth and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. I highly recommend her she is professional, compassionate, and has a special way of making you feel better and empowered. Thank you Katayoon for all your help.

I’d like to mention that for every appointment, I have to stay online for around 15 minutes waiting before the psychologist joins the session. At the end, they casually say that they are always 15 minutes late,which feels unprofessional and disrespectful to my time. I understand delays can happen occasionally, but this has become a regular pattern and it’s frustrating as a client.
