Takes Care Specialist Centre

Dr. Goki and Tula (receptionist) are unbelievably helpful and have changed my life. Psychiatry clinics always take time, but these guys genuinely care. Hopefully they’re taking people when you apply. 10/10.

Very friendly staff, as many times that I have called, very eager to help. Answered all my questions very promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Reception will ignore your calls, put you on hold & then hang up on you & lie to your face about the “rules” find somewhere else to go, avoid this red flag of a place. Takes care? More like takes money, but not your call! EDIT: you people are truely pathetic. Who do you think you are to tell me my experience is false? Getting defensive to your negative reviews instead of self reflecting & addressing them just proves my point! A truely pathetic move for a business. You should be embarrassed of yourselves. I would give no stars if I could. Losers.

Receptionists are awful at their jobs, rude for no reason. In response to their reply I will edit my comment: Hate to break it to you folks but I’m a past patient of yours, not a competitor. What a weird response from a business. From what I can see I’m not the first person to have a negative experience & bet I won’t be the last!

I tried to make an appointment with this clinic. The first two times I called they said they haven't gotten my referral but my doctor confirmed the referral had been sent. I spoke to them again but they still couldn't find it. Then on the fourth attempt with them they found it in the "first" system so they had my referral the whole time. They said they would finally arrange an appointment. I heard nothing further. Then when I rang back again they told me that the delay was with my doctor because they had requested medical files but at no point in time had they contacted me about anything. They said they were requesting the files due to being "thorough" but nothing I had experienced gave any indication of thoroughness. I gave up trying to arrange an appointment with this clinic and will go elsewhere.
