You have failed my step daughter have failed our family and just gained $$$ you messed up her ndis founding you switch from staff to staff and then force a child to go to an appointment in school when she wasn't even suppost to have an appointment and will freak her out now because she didn't know about it she and doesn't know the person so a big thanks for that because it will set her back a week in her mindframe we also have this thing of stranger danger obviously you must not be aware of that because she doesn't adapt to people she don't know. More focus on the child and there needs would be great and actually reading about there disability and what is wrong with that individual would be great.

My son had a great o.t veronica for about 2 months. I was told by talking matters that she was sick. 2 months later to follow up I was told that they couldn't tell me if she was coming back. About a month I discovered that she was no longer working there and talking matters VERY informed me. Very unhappy

Always terrible service from reception staff in person or over the phone. Rude phone service every time from Amelia.

Phenomenal staff, had my son going there for over ten yrs . Tahlia ( hope i spelt that right) is one phenomenal OT. My son doesn't take to many people so quickly but those seems to be different . Obliging understanding and has a phenomenal rapport with my son . Reception of ta l King matters make u feel so comfortable and Meg is unreal . Rarely can one ask one question and receive 1 answer , with all three ( Meg, Reception and OT) that is common practice which is appreciated beyond words . My son looks forward to his appointments and has displayed a level of comfort rarely experienced . Amd that is due simply to his new OT . One phenomenal lady they all are . Thank you talking matters
