Was a fantastic speech therapy for both children however recently they have lost staff and changed appointments to whatever time they feel like. If you then cant attend new appointment times due to other prior obligations they threatened you that your child will loose the spot they decided was appropriate and never even asked you. Already went on the wait list for over 6 months to get the times we had. Disappointing after so long they dont treat you as a valued client just another pay check 😠

Very happy with the service received from Talking Matters. The team are lovely people and very helpful. They were happy to explain what's happening, how I can help my child at home and why that's so important. Would recommend for both Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy.
