Google MapsThe team at TAG went above and beyond when I was in hospital for my amputation. They visited me regularly just to support me (unpaid) and made sure everything was ready for a smooth transition home. They are now helping me get back into the community. It is rare to find support workers who care this much. If you want a provider that treats you like family, this is it.
