The Plan Management People

After self-managing my daughter's plan for about 5 years now, I was initially hesitant about changing to plan managed. I need not have worried! Aaron has been amazing from the first point of contact. He is always quick to answer queries, is really understanding, patient and has an exceptional knowledge of the NDIS system from both sides. He was able to answer all my questions and queries. It took a LOOOOOONG time for the NDIA to process the plan request change and Aaron stayed in touch throughout the whole process. He was going the extra mile even before we were able to officially sign up. I am really happy that we have made the change. Thank you Aaron!!!!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful supportive service. Aaron always replys to any of my enquiries promptly. Touches base periodically & invoices are paid within 24hrs. We came from a previous well known plannanagement company that wewerent happy with andare so glad we madethe change. Highly recommended!

Very easy to talk to and supportive. Kinds enough to look over things and talk it over with me if I'm unsure about something so I am confident and positive with what I am doing. The personal touches with welcome gift and Christmas presents for the kids is so touching. Thank you Aaron couldn't have gotten through this year without you.

I like this plan management due to I was with another company for 3 to 4 years barley no contact and I felt like just another number to them... since starting with these guys I feel not like a number like a human being also they care for my daughter needs and goes a extra mile makeing sure I'm all set up even tho that's not what what they do that's a support coordinator job. I get regular emails / phone calls just to ask how are things also to see if I need anything. Great communication. I'm glad I switched to them and I'm staying put.
