Another fabulous experience yet again with instance plan manager's. Issue rectified, easy peasy! A shout out to Nicolette who was warm, helpful and lovely to talk to. They really are like an extended family where you can call upon them for any assistance one may need, they'll always assist, inform, or direct you if needed, every time! And yes, you can have a friendly chat because that's what makes them real 😊

Aaron is extremely professional and helpful with all the questions I have had, being the first time on NDIS. The personal touch with always knowing my name when I call. He also is very prompt with paying invoices and communicating to me when it is done. I would recommend him to anyone that is unsure about the process. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

Excellent Plan Managers. I cannot recommend them more highly. -Invoices/ reimbursements are paid very quickly, 24-48hrs. And no Christmas Closure like some other plan managers we have been with. So even at Christmas our providers get paid quickly. -exceptional communication and customer service. They reply to emails/calls within minutes. Sometimes outside of business hours which just shows Aaron's (owner) dedication to his clients. -Quick and easy set up. They gave us a wonderful welcome package with a simple document to give to our providers on how to submit invoices. - You get an online account where we can see Invoices, budgets/funding etc. You can even approve invoices if you wish. That way you can check invoices before they are paid. -They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful to both participants and providers. -Great attention to detail. They have picked up on invoicing errors. And lastly, but not least, they are just a pleasure to deal with. No waiting on hold or dealing with employees who don't care. Aaron and his team are always happy to help and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure both clients and their providers get nothing but the best service. I am a full-time unpaid carer of a family member who has high needs, but I worked in the disability sector for 15+ years, including with the NDIA. So, my recommendation comes from both a participants and professional perspective.

The Plan Management People are an exceptional business. The plan managers are extremely helpful. I could not be happier with how Aaron has managed our plan. I have learnt so much regarding the budget with everything being explained to me simply. Any questions I have are happily answered. I highly recommend this business.
