The Royal Melbourne Hospital

My experience in Pathology on 19/3 was 100% negative. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, unprofessional & rude. Despite the request for blood tests coming from a RMH doctor, we left & had it taken elsewhere.

Can’t thank the staff enough during my recent trip to the emergency department. I was seen to very quickly and during the whole process every staff member was extremely efficient, kind and professional. Thank you Dr Sarah and nurse Olivia for looking after me so well!

How rude that your reception staff just hung up on me when I kindly asked her to repeat what she said because her accent made it hard to understand. Honestly, if my GP hadn’t referred me here, who would willingly come and deal with the attitude from your front desk?

Good experience in emergency department, they looked after me really well. Staff are all super busy doing a great job. Hospital has Been here a LONG time, seen a lot, good place. I did research here, well run.
